Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll Processing – Assisting with general payroll tasks and ensuring accuracy.
2. General Ledger & Transactions – Processing financial transactions, journal entries, and general postings.
3. Credit Control – Managing outstanding invoices and ensuring timely collections.
4. Accounts Payable – Handling supplier invoices, reconciliations, and payments.
5. Excel Reporting & Analysis – Utilizing Excel for financial data management and reporting.
6. Employment Hero (HR System) Support – Experience with Employment Hero or similar HR systems would be an advantage.
What We’re Looking For
1. Part-qualified accountant (actively studying towards ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, with some exams completed).
2. Strong experience in payroll, accounts payable, credit control, and transaction processing.
3. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).
4. Experience with Employment Hero or other HR systems is a plus.
5. A hardworking, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
