Whilst your role will predominantly consist of communicating with contractors, processing timesheets and invoices you will require a pragmatic and 'hands-on’ approach to additional duties. Our client is a leader within their field, and they are subsidiary of a larger, highly successful group. The role reports into a highly engaging and supportive Finance Manager. The formal job description includes: Processing Timesheets Weekly submission of payments Dealing with payment submission queries Maintaining appropriate records Ad-Hoc general duties About you You will ideally have a stable background with experience as an Administrator and have a 'can-do’ approach with a basic knowledge of Finance. You will be computer literate, have a flexible and pragmatic mind set; meaning that you are happy to support other areas of the business when needed. You will ideally live locally or be able to easily reach Harrow/Harrow on the Hill to be able to work from their office.
