We are seeking a driven Registered Home Manager to oversee the operations of a small residential care home supporting adults with complex mental health conditions. As the Registered Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for residents. You will be a leader at the heart of the team, responsible for the overall management, efficient deployment of resources, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
What You'll Need
1. Qualifications & Registration: A nursing qualification and a valid UK NMC registration.
2. Leadership & Management Experience: Previous managerial experience within a mental health setting.
3. Regulatory Knowledge: A robust understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks, legislation, and regulations, along with a solid understanding of safeguarding principles.
4. Skills & Attributes: Strong person-centred approach with a passion for developing others, excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively, proactive, independent, and self-motivated.

What your day will look like:
* Leadership & Service Management: Lead and manage the service to ensure high-quality care and compliance with all regulations.
* Person-Centred Care: Oversee the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring they are person-centred.
* Team Leadership & Development: Manage a dedicated team, providing guidance, support, and leadership to colleagues. Demonstrate experience in coaching and developing colleagues to reach their full potential.
* Resource Management: Monitor and manage resources effectively to ensure operational efficiency.
* Regulatory Compliance & Safeguarding: Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and all relevant legislation. Take part in on-call duties to provide leadership support during non-office hours.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with regulators and stakeholders to ensure service standards are met.
