Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic plans.
2. Lead and support a diverse workforce, driving key financial and operational goals.
3. Supervise and mentor a team of two HR professionals, offering guidance on all HR-related matters.
4. Advise and coach the site management team, fostering local decision-making while ensuring consistency across the organization.
5. Maintain strong relationships with Employee Council representatives to support a positive workplace culture.
6. Manage employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
7. Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
8. Ensure full compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
