Revenue Executive
We are seeking an exceptional Revenue Executive to join the Maybourne Corporate Office Revenue Management team.
As a Revenue Executive you will assist the Revenue team in maximizing revenue and profit associated with rooms from Maybourne through Revenue Management best practices. You will be responsible of continuously reviewing all practices to ensure optimization of all processes and output to provide value to all teams (Sales, Marketing, RSO and Front Office), to co-ordinate, audit, maintain and manage the quality of data entered all Revenue related systems and assist all areas of the business to use this data to its greatest potential.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Main responsibilities of the Revenue Executive role include but are not limited to:
* Adding, maintaining and reviewing content on all channels: OTAs, GDS (to include image portfolio and HOD), RVNG, IBE, website and Opera Cloud.
* Daily review, quarterly audit and bi-annual training of GDS (database and sell strategy) and website.
* Rate loading, maintenance and auditing of data across all channels (Opera Cloud, GDS, RVNG, IBE, Web & OTAs).
* Timely and accurate delivery of ‘Business Done’ and ‘Pick up’ sheets on a daily basis and be conversant in producing the daily Activity Report. Validation of daily & monthly ‘rooms’ data and input on STR extranet.
* Monitor and control of contracted allocations ensuring that unsold inventory is returned at the earliest contracted time.
* Check, audit and manage direct connection with OTAs, ensuring rate parity, availability and integrity. Account management, maximization and optimization of OTA portfolio including update of content, inventory and restrictions.
* Ensure all corporate and travel agent profiles are built, updated and linked correctly on Opera. Manage master profiles and distribute daily to ensure Corporate and Travel Agent profiles newly created in Opera are passed to sales as leads.
* Assist all members of the Sales, Marketing and Revenue departments with report writing and data access. Develop methods to ensure these teams have accurate data available in a useable format.
* Oversee and contribute to the production of the month end pack and deliver in an accurate and timely manner. Use initiative to enhance and expedite.

Successful candidates for our Revenue Executive opportunity will:
* Proven experience in rate distribution, revenue management or a related field within the hospitality industry is essential.
* Experience within the luxury hotel industry would be advantageous.
* Proficient in managing various distribution channels, including online travel agencies (OTAs), global distribution systems (GDS), and the hotel's own booking engine.
* A good understanding of the luxury hospitality market, including knowledge of competitors, customer behaviour, and industry trends.
* Demonstrated ability to create and analyse reports, manage data, and present findings is essential.
* Effective communication skills are vital for coordinating with different departments such as Sales, Marketing and Operations.
* A proactive approach to identifying and solving distribution-related issues like rate parity discrepancies.
* Familiarity with Opera Cloud, Oracle R&A, Salesforce, OTA platforms, Cendyn and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives.
* Have strong organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, with excellent attention to detail.
* Be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
