About the day to day… As a successful Financial Planning / Client Services Assistant, you will support the Client Services Associate’s in the administration of client’s data and provide day to day administrative support to the team based from our East Midlands office. You’ll get stuck into a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, including; Managing prospects by working with the Relationship Managers to manage leads, coordinate initial meetings and prepare relevant documentation Updating and maintaining client data on our back-office system Xplan Reviewing meeting preparation, preparing documents and obtaining updates and valuations from providers Sending and chasing Letters of Authority General office administration i.e. manage post, printing, booking meeting rooms etc. At Cooper Parry, we’re in it together.
