Customer Account Executive - Contract Renewals
Fast-paced B2B junior account management role focusing on contract negotiation and objection handling. Grow a portfolio of accounts and progress into a Senior Account Manager role after 12 months.
Salary: £30,000 basic with £10,000 easy bonus on top. 100% account management. Office-based with a winning culture and team!

Role Responsibilities:
1. Grow an exciting client base through managing, retaining, negotiating, upselling, and cross-selling.
2. Handle day-to-day queries and account executive work focused on contract renewals and upgrades.
3. Develop and nurture accounts to ensure a thorough understanding of products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
4. Conduct consultant training sessions (either online or face-to-face) and proactive outreach to existing partners.
5. Hold regular meetings with key stakeholders to ensure that this award-winning business remains their go-to provider.
6. Attend face-to-face meetings (where appropriate) and manage partners via virtual meetings, phone calls, and emails.

The Day-to-Day:
1. Proactively manage all aspects of business within the assigned channel, including expansion, pricing discussions, and all sales needs.
2. Deliver the highest level of broker care, taking ownership of day-to-day sales and service queries.
3. Handle inbound telephone sales calls and emails from brokers, converting opportunities into new sales revenue.
4. Make proactive outbound calls to brokers generating sales opportunities to increase conversion and sales.
5. Manage all tasks alongside phone calls through effective time management, planning, and prioritizing workloads.
6. Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure that intermediary sales targets are met and exceeded.
7. Achieve personal targets and KPIs.
