HR Manager needed for growing, multi-site hospitality business based in London!
This is a stand-alone role reporting in to the MD. Premium sites with great reputation in the market!
ABOUT THE ROLE
Generalist HR duties, managing the day-to-day HR operations inclusive of talent management & succession planning, recruitment & retention, employee engagement, employment relations and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
ABOUT YOU
• Proven experience as an HR Manager within a fast paced and professional environment, ideally within hospitality.
• CIPD Level 5 qualified is preferred or qualified by experience.
• Evidences a breadth of experience across the entire HR function, with strong administrative and HR system’s experience.
This role will be based at head office with visits to sites.
