**About the Role:**
We are a dynamic and growing manufacturer based in Gloucester, and we are seeking a talented Purchasing and Supply Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and services into our organization.
**Key Accountabilities:**
* Procuring materials and services from vendors and suppliers* Managing inventory levels and maintaining accurate stock records* Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers* Analyzing market trends and making informed purchasing decisions* Maintaining accurate records and reports* Participating in continuous improvement initiatives* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives*
**Essential Skills and Experience:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field preferred* Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software* Estimated salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
