Now, we’re on the hunt for a Social Creative Producer who lives and breathes YouTube to help shape the future of our long-form storytelling.
As Creative Producer, you’ll be the driving force behind our original content ideas – from brainstorm to pitch. Your job is to identify great stories, develop standout concepts, and package them for success on YouTube. You’ll collaborate with creatives, editors, producers, and talent to deliver original formats that feel distinctly Supercar Blondie.
What will you be doing?
1. Develop creative and original long-form YouTube concepts aligned with our brand and audience.
2. Lead on brainstorming sessions, building out decks and treatments that bring your ideas to life.
3. Write compelling treatments and pitch decks that sell ideas internally and externally.
4. Partner with Producers, Talent and Editors to help bring ideas from concept to delivery.
5. Stay on top of content trends, platform changes, and competitors to keep us ahead of the game.
6. Support the Commercial Producer and editorial projects when required, from early planning to post-production.
7. Test, learn and iterate – we’re all about trying new things and learning from what works.
8. Contribute to the longer-term content strategy, helping shape future formats and brand-defining IP.
9. Build and manage relationships with freelance creatives, production partners, and on-screen talent.
What You’ll Have:
1. A digital-first storyteller with a sharp eye for what works on YouTube.
2. Proven experience in a Development Producer or Senior Creative Producer role, ideally with a strong social content background.
3. Confident leading brainstorms, giving feedback, and working cross-functionally with production and post teams.
4. A portfolio of ideas that have made it to screen.
5. Obsessively plugged into trends across YouTube.
6. Ability to confidently pitch and present ideas to senior stakeholders.
7. Sharp storytelling instincts, with a deep understanding of what works on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.
8. Great instincts for talent, trends, and tone and a nose for the next big thing.
9. Collaborative spirit with strong communication and organisational skills.
10. Ability to juggle multiple ideas and projects in a fast-moving environment.
11. Bonus if you’re obsessed with cars, tech, travel or future-focused content.
This role is hybrid, based in our Shoreditch, London office, with a requirement to work three days per week in the office.
