Sales Development Manager

Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales? Our client, an organisation in the FMCG industry, is seeking a Sales Development Manager to join their team. As the Sales Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in increasing category sales and driving brand dominance. You will be required to visit exciting sites in the Brighton area.
Responsibilities:
Develop action plans in collaboration with retail stores to increase category sales and market dominance.
Enhance store staff knowledge of the category, new product development, and initiatives to build awareness.
Negotiate increased promotional space for key products to maximise in-store visibility.
Report to the Regional Manager and participate in monthly team meetings to discuss progress.
Build strong relationships with retail outlets, spending the majority of your time in the field.
Demonstrate a high level of autonomy and organisational skills to convert sales effectively.

Requirements:
Sales experience combined with a strong business development mindset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and planning skills.
Ability to think strategically and align business objectives.

Valid UK Driver's Licence.
YOU MUST HAVE A MANUAL DRIVING LICENCE
