Job summary We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our finance team as a Senior Finance Business Partner on a 9-month fixed term contract/secondment. This key role will involve providing strategic financial support and guidance to a clinical division within the Trust, ensuring financial sustainability and efficiency. The post holder will be someone who looks for innovative solutions to improve the financial performance of the care group and has excellent communication skills to inspire confidence in working with other professionals at a senior level both within the Trust and externally. They will also proactively engage in the management and development of staff within the Financial Management team to ensure a high quality financial service is delivered. An ability to embrace change will also be required to facilitate closer collaboration with our counterparts at Northampton General Hospital as we transition towards working together as United Hospitals of Northamptonshire (UHN). This is a hybrid working role with a minimum two days on site. There may be an opportunity for the role to be made permanent following the fixed term period.
