Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Global Strategic Pricing Manager (Early) who is communicative, innovative and a connector to join our Patient Evidence department based out of our offices in Brussels, Belgium or Slough, UK. About the role You will support the definition of strategic pricing guidance from the Payer Portfolio early phase through to peri-launch if needed. You’ll also support the Support the Global Strategic Pricing Lead - Early by delivering pricing insights, net & gross assumptions, price corridor and long-range pricing forecast if needed, as well as contributing to key assumptions for cost effectiveness demonstration. Who you’ll work with The role reports to the Global Strategic Pricing Lead - Early in regular interactions with the Access Insight team, Payer Portfolio team, Payer Synthesis team, delivering strategic pricing assumptions and forecast hypotheses for the candidate portfolio and early solutions. What you’ll do Actively work within Payers, Policy & RWE Team teams by contributing to the Access Insight findings ensuring reliability and consistency of pricing markets insights. Collaborate with the Payer Portfolio team to understand pricing drivers in the indications, understand the access strategy implications on pricing, and actively participate in building key strategic pricing recommendations. Support synthesis of therapeutic pricing information into actionable insights and recommendations for Asset Team. Continuously analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform internal pricing decisions. Gather and analyze data from various sources, driving pricing desk research and intelligence, providing accurate and timely analysis. Work in close collaboration with “Patient Impact – Pricing policy” to share best practice and pressure test pricing strategies and implications, collecting feedback from affiliates Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills 3 to 5 years experience in the industry on Global /regional Pricing and Access. Strong analytic skills and attention to detail. Experienced in Pricing Strategy research and in Pricing Policy development. Ability to communicate complex data clearly with non PPRWE stakeholders and higher management. Able to look at the big picture to connect the different stakeholders inside UCB.
