About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Manager to join our team at DX. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing our customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective customer service strategies to drive satisfaction and loyalty
* Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent service delivery
* Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve customer issues
* Analyze customer feedback and data to inform service improvements
Requirements:
* Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in a logistics or parcel services industry
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
* Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
