About The Role Role Overview: Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations? We are looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality HR advice and guidance to senior managers on complex staffing issues. You will build strong relationships with managers, stakeholders, and trade unions to ensure positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities: You will provide expert HR advice on complex staffing issues. You will support and manage casework on various HR issues, including discipline, capability, absence, and grievance. You will offer professional advice at hearings and support at Employment Tribunals. You will lead change management programmes, including restructures and TUPE transfers. You will ensure accurate and up-to-date HR records and provide quality HR Management Information (MI). You will coach and up skill line managers to handle employee relations issues effectively. You will monitor trends in ER cases and develop tools to support line managers. Qualifications and Experience: Are you knowledgeable about employment law and best practices? Do you have excellent communication and relationship-building skills? Have you handled complex casework and provided advice at hearings and tribunals?
