Salary: £25,740 - £27,241

As an SEN Teaching Assistant within their school, you will be providing professional learning and development for all pupils through establishing personalised learning routes across Key Stage 3 and 4.
You will be playing your part in helping the school achieve its aims and values by delivering an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students with support from the leadership team.

The successful candidate will:
* Mentor, support and inspire learners by assisting them with curriculum-based learning in the classroom, on home tuition, outreach and through outdoor activities.
* Assist with the preparation of learning material and contribute to the delivery of learning objectives with a strong focus on behavioural management.
* Provide daily reports on learners' progress and barriers to learning.
* Interact with parents/caregivers on a regular basis.
Our ideal candidate will have:
* A committed and passionate view of students with SEND.
* Experience working as a Teaching Assistant.
* Maths and English GCSE at grade C or above.
