Multimedia Graphic & Animation Designer / Multimedia Content Creator

We are looking for a Multimedia Graphic & Animation Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.
You will be confident in a graphic designer role, working on a variety of creative assets ranging from products' pack shots, mood shots, videos, online tutorials, packaging, POS materials. You will be a critical thinker who is dynamic and positive; your ideas and initiatives will contribute to the success of the team and the company.
Photography, filming, video and image editing are key skills for this role. You will be a content creator for the brand to feed all our channels (social media channels and website especially).
You will have a strong portfolio of illustrations and be familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite. You will have a keen eye for aesthetics and excellent communication skills. You will be the ambassador of Daler-Rowney's image and brand worldwide.
Responsibilities
* Creating content every day! Finding content opportunities daily (in our factory, in our studio, with artists or even on your own) to feed our social media channels and websites especially with fresh content (images/video).
* Managing the yearly content planning.
* Establishing creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.
* Designing and developing concepts for web pages, brochures, catalogues, packaging, POS materials, advertisements, and other communication materials.
* Conceptualising visuals based on requirements.
* Prioritising and managing multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
* Performing retouching and manipulation of images.
* Testing graphics across various media.
* Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
* Liaising with external printers regularly to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
* Managing artists, freelancers, and agencies.
* Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
* Managing your in-house and photo studio for optimised performance.
* Working cross-functionally, liaising with sales, trade marketing executives, product managers, brand managers, and communication managers.
In addition, the applicants should demonstrate excellent people skills, enthusiasm and drive, be prepared to work under pressure, and show commitment to the role and business.

This role is based at our Head Office in Bracknell, Berkshire. The role is for a full-time 40-hour week Monday-Friday. Salary is dependent on experience.
