Join our Customer Service Team!
Pay: £11.44 per hour and after 12 weeks this will rise to £12.30 per hour.
Role: Full-time (37 hours per week) office-based role in Ribble House, Ballam Road, Lytham, FY8 4TS.
We are looking for a positive, flexible, and customer-focused individual to join our busy call centre as a Customer Service Advisor.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
1. Providing excellent customer service to our customers.
2. Resolving customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Working with other team members to meet customer service goals.
Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7, between 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and between 8am-6pm Saturday-Sunday. Weekend working is required, and the shift pattern will be discussed during your video interview.

Minimum Requirements:
Ideally, you will have worked in a customer service role before, but if this is your first role or a career change, don't worry as we provide all the training and support you'll need.
At a minimum, you should have:
1. A positive attitude and a can-do spirit.
2. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to new situations.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. A passion for providing excellent customer service.
