Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a Back Office Specialist willing to join our Back Office Energy Markets Team in the UK! In this role, you will manage the entire process of revenues related to the offtaking agreements, with the main responsibility for ensuring the verification, analysis, and finalization processes of commodity contracts within the Generation and Trading Business Unit. The role can be based either in London or Edinburgh with a flexible working policy.
Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
* Support the team in the life cycle of the contract starting from the signing up to the settlement.
* Check and report settlements with TSO, Elexon, and all the entities and companies in the UK market.
* Perform the calculation of monthly settlements related to energy production of renewable assets, especially the plants based in the UK and dispatched by the UK branch.
* Process and continuously improve reporting, regarding also certificates and all activities related to the support of the trading team.
* Support the team in the development of IT tools, primarily corporate ETRM, in close collaboration with ICT and external suppliers.
Key requirements:
* Good interpersonal skills, proactivity, good organization, and team working attitude.
* Good knowledge of the English language and strong Excel skills.
Studies:
University Degree ideally related to Management, Economics, or Engineering.
