We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join the staff in the Medicines Procurement and Homecare Team within the Pharmacy department.
Main duties of the job
This post provides the post holder with the opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and experience in day-to-day delivery of pharmacy procurement service.
The post holder would be responsible for ordering medicines and chasing outstanding orders under the supervision of a pharmacy technician.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated with good communication skills. They will have good time management and able to work effectively in a team and under their own initiative.
CIPS level 2, NVQ level 2 and/or experience in procurement / pharmacy would be desirable but full training would be given to the right candidate.
You will need to have a good standard of education and GCSEs at grade C or above in Maths and English.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
