Your main responsibilities as a Senior Practitioner:
* Supervising Qualified Social Workers and Unqualified Staff:
* Provide professional guidance, mentoring, and leadership to the team.
* Ensure adherence to standards of professional practice.
* Strengths-Based Practice:
* Collaborate with multi-agency teams to achieve positive outcomes for service users.
* Work autonomously while supporting the Team Manager.
* Monitor and assure standards of professional practice.
What we are looking for in a Senior Practitioner:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
