We are looking for a professional, reliable and dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to work alongside and manage the day to day activities of our team of office cleaners in offices of the North Wales Fire and Rescue Service. This is a One year Fixed contract role with Potential extension. This role attracts the highest rates of pay in the industry, holiday pay, and pension contributions, as well as bonus and other employee benefits. The role is supervising a team of up to 8 cleaners across all Fire Stations, Monday to Friday. You have the flexibility to start any time from business requirement. We are looking for someone with great people skills and an eye for detail. We provide an executive level clean, and so you need to be someone who can help the team achieve this. Are you someone who rolls up their sleeves, sees what needs doing, and gets things done to the highest standard? Alongside supervising the team, you would be vacuuming, mopping, polishing, emptying bins and cleaning bathrooms and kitchen areas in one site/location. You may also give toolbox talks and briefings to the team, so would be responsible for some paperwork with the support. Essential Skills and Experience Supervisor Experience in Fire Station is an advantage Detailed / executive cleaning Capable of managing team activities Reliable and positive All products and equipment are provided and full training will be given. Applicants need to be living in Wales and has a car as the applicant would be driving from one station to another. Also you need to be able to get yourself to site each morning, afternoon and evening if applicable and ready for work. Job Types: Full Time, One year Fixed Term.
