SENIOR NEGOTIATOR/ NEGOTIATOR – WALTON – UP TO £20K BASIC DOE, UP TO £40K OTE
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join a dynamic team, based in Walton. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, enabling them to confidently negotiate deals from the outset. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to thrive in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:45 am – 6:30 pm, Saturdays: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (working every other Saturday as part of a 5-day week schedule).
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle negotiations with clients and other stakeholders effectively and professionally.
* Manage and maintain a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
* Build strong relationships with clients, offering excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
* Conduct viewings and provide potential buyers with accurate information about properties.
* Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
* Maintain thorough knowledge of market trends and local property values to provide informed advice.
Essential Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Negotiator or similar role.
* Proven ability to negotiate effectively and achieve positive outcomes.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* High level of organisation and the ability to manage a busy workload.
* A proactive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of the local property market.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and property management software.
