SENIOR NEGOTIATOR/ NEGOTIATOR - WALTON - UP TO £20K BASIC DOE, UP TO £40K OTE We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join a dynamic team, based in Walton. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, enabling them to confidently negotiate deals from the outset. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to thrive in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:45 am - 6:30 pm, Saturdays: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (working every other Saturday as part of a 5-day week schedule). Key Responsibilities: Handle negotiations with clients and other stakeholders effectively and professionally. Manage and maintain a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates. Build strong relationships with clients, offering excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process. Conduct viewings and provide potential buyers with accurate information about properties. Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets. Maintain thorough knowledge of market trends and local property values to provide informed advice. Essential Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Negotiator or similar role. Proven ability to negotiate effectively and achieve positive outcomes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High level of organisation and the ability to manage a busy workload. A proactive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Desirable: Knowledge of the local property market. Familiarity with CRM systems and property management software.
