Job Overview:
As a Door-to-Door Salesperson, you will be the face of our company, directly engaging with potential customers in their homes. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our products/services through personalized interactions, demonstrating the benefits and value we offer. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-driven, enjoy meeting new people, and thrive in a performance-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Outreach: Canvass assigned neighbourhoods, knocking on doors to introduce potential customers to our products/services.
* Product Demonstration: Clearly explain and demonstrate the features and benefits of our offerings, tailoring your pitch to meet the needs of each customer.
* Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads through direct interaction, collecting contact information for follow-up.
* Closing Sales: Persuade potential customers to make a purchase, handling objections, and closing deals on the spot.
* Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a positive relationship with customers, ensuring they have a great experience from start to finish.
* Daily Reporting: Provide daily updates on sales activities, leads generated, and deals closed to your supervisor.
* Territory Management: Efficiently manage your assigned sales territory to maximize sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Previous sales experience is a plus but not required. We provide full training.
* Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
* Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
* Requirements:
* Reliable transportation to travel within your sales territory.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
* Physical stamina to walk and stand for extended periods while canvassing neighbourhoods.
