Job Description
The Customer Service Engineer (Data Centre) role requires a professional to provide exceptional support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out Service Requests, including remote hands services, cross-/disconnects, and customer implementations.
* Take on special projects/assignments as directed by the Customer Service Manager or Senior Site Manager.
* Participate in the 24x7 Call Out team alongside other Engineers.
Qualifications:
* Vocational or Bachelor-level qualification in a technical field, with qualified electricians being highly desirable.
* Construction Skills Certification Scheme certification or similar, demonstrating relevant Health and Safety knowledge.
* 3-5 years of experience as a technician in Telco, IT, or DC backgrounds, with networks experience preferred but not essential.
* ITIL and/or ServiceNow experience is highly desirable, as well as experience working in client-facing data centres.
* Demonstrable knowledge of data installations and termination is essential for this role.
Salary and Benefits:
