About the Role
The Facilities/ Hospitality Coordinator is an integral part of Latham’s Workplace Experience (WE) team. This 12 month FTC role will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class experience for internal and external clients of the firm, whether remote or in-person, while cultivating a genuine and personal connection with all clients, and creating a customised experience so they can work seamlessly, productively, and efficiently. This role will be located in our Manchester office. Please note this role will require full-time on-site presence.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Other key responsibilities include:
1. Providing best-in-class client service delivery that is timely, accurate, and seamless, while demonstrating sound judgement and problem-solving acumen.
2. Evaluating, identifying, and implementing innovative ways to streamline and enhance service delivery to maximise the Workplace Experience.
3. Consulting with clients to tailor requests to specifications and offering guidance in a poised and productive manner.
4. Acting as a resource person to Latham & Watkins employees regarding all aspects of facilities operations and accompanying services.
5. Consulting with current and potential customers to clarify conference requests, providing advice regarding services for audio visual equipment, and explaining services available.

1. Workplace experience or related experience.
2. Knowledge of health & safety standards, regulations and/or qualifications (for example, NIBOSH or IOSH) would be beneficial.
