The role As the Head of Change & Transformation for FIM, you will be a strategic member of the Change & Transformation leadership team and aligned business leadership team providing advice, oversight, and challenge on short, medium, and long-term business needs for the FIM business unit, ensuring both leaders and colleagues will sustainably deliver our shared purpose - to secure our members’ future. You will be responsible for delivery of agreed Change & Transformation projects for the FIM business unit. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. The person We are looking for an experienced Head of Change & Transformation leader who has previously worked within the financial services industry. Significant experience of leading small, medium, and large-scale Change & Transformation programmes is essential to this role. You will have experience in effectively delivering organisational change involving changes to processes, technology, structure, behaviour, and new ways of working. The ability to start large scale transformation from scratch, putting the client, member and colleague at the heart and being mindful of cultural change is key. You will lead the design and implementation of change initiatives for FIM, overseeing all projects and programmes, therefore experience working within Investment Management and on strategic data platform and enterprise data initiatives would be a distinct advantage, however this is not essential. As the Head of Change & Transformation for FIM, you will have the ability to support across a variety of business disciplines, embrace complexity, and have excellent skills in delivering clear communication. We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in managing senior stakeholders, overcoming resistance to change and demonstrating the ability to gain trust. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigations is key. You will be keen to effectively lead and share best practice to both direct reports and matrix teams and will act as an advocate by leading from the top and collaborating across Railpen to implement our vision “to become the best Change & Transformation team”.
