The ideal candidate will:
* Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent relevant experience).
* Have experience working with children in a school setting.
* Demonstrate a warm and nurturing approach to supporting pupils' learning and well-being.
* Be adaptable and confident in working across different age groups.
* Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
* Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development, ensuring they feel valued and encouraged.
