We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Director to lead sales initiatives and marketing strategies. This role drives revenue growth, enhances brand visibility, and fosters strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to analyse market trends effectively.
Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing creative selling strategies for sales representatives.
* Building & leading teams to achieve desired revenue targets.
* Participating in board meetings and reporting directly to the executive board.
* Steering the direction of sales and marketing efforts in relation to industry developments, products and services.
* Identifying new areas of sales development and creating a strategic and targeted plan to actively engage those markets.
* Taking new products to market in a creative and exciting way that will engage.
* Overseeing sales, marketing, SEO, social media, and budget.
* Developing and executing yearly sales and marketing plans.
* Creating strategies to grow sales and revenue, working closely with other departments to understand their capacities and capabilities and playing to our strengths.
Experience:
* Proven experience in a sales or marketing management role, preferably within a similar industry.
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing successful teams.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and market trends.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong focus on achieving results.
This role is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £60,000.00 OTE, including a bonus scheme. Benefits include a company pension, free parking, health & wellbeing programme, and on-site parking. The schedule is Monday to Friday, and the work location is in person.
