What you will do:
1. Develop strategic partnerships with electrical contractors working on MEP-designed projects (£5M+ value)
2. Position our modular solutions as a preferred specification for mechanical/electrical consultancies
3. Lead technical workshops demonstrating the ROI of prefabrication in BIM-coordinated environments
4. Manage tender processes for complex commercial/industrial developments
What you will have:
1. Proven track record selling to NG Bailey, Crown House, or equivalent MEP specialists
2. Deep understanding of CIBSE guidelines and MEP coordination challenges
3. Ability to translate technical specifications (BS 7671, NEC contracts) into commercial wins
4. Existing network among electrical estimating/procurement teams
