Commercial Property Solicitor – 6+ Years PQE – Competitive Salary (DOE)
The Role
This is an excellent chance to become part of a respected and forward-thinking law firm with a strong presence in the City and West End. The firm is looking to expand its Commercial Property team by adding a seasoned Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years' PQE.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a range of commercial property matters, including sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, property finance, and providing property support on corporate transactions.
The successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional client service, an ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, and a proven track record of working independently on high-quality cases.
The Candidate
* A qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE
* A minimum academic achievement of a 2:1 degree from a reputable university
* Experience gained from a reputable City/West End firm or a regional firm with an excellent reputation
* Proficient in handling complex transactions, including sales, acquisitions, landlord/tenant matters, and property finance
* Demonstrates a strong ability to build, manage, and develop client relationships, with an understanding of the needs of HNWIs and luxury retail brands
* A collaborative team player with proven ability to work effectively within a wider team
* Able to independently manage a caseload with minimal supervision
* Experience in business development and generating work; a following is advantageous but not essential
* A self-starter with the enthusiasm and drive to grow their practice and contribute to the firm’s success
