This is an entry level role into our Sales Team. You will have the opportunity to train though a progressive Personal Development Plan and practical experience, to become an Account Manager. Alternatively, you may already have mastered your basic sales skills and be looking for the next stage, seeking coaching to reach your potential. The role will combine various business development activities along with some administration responsibilities in support of the team.
Overview
We are seeking a result orientated Junior Account Manager to join our vibrant sales team to assist with the development of customer relationships and winning business opportunities for KeTech, while enabling better journeys for rail passengers and increased efficiencies for Train Operators through our fantastic capabilities.
What makes you a KeTech Junior Account Manager?
The role involves contributing to all aspects of sales and sales planning within the sales team. From maintaining existing and nurturing new relationships, to producing high quality proposals and contributing to significantly larger bids with your colleagues.
The pace is quick, we are always seeking to maximise the market opportunity to satisfy our customers who are seeking cutting edge information systems in the transportation industry.
About you!
• You would class yourself as bright, outcome orientated and self-motivated.
• You enjoy engaging with people both in person and on the phone and have a naturally inquisitive style to understand their needs and priorities.
• You thrive on the challenge of being busy, managing multiple opportunities and enquiries simultaneously to high standards of quality.
• You already have some basic sales experience, perhaps you have now accomplished your goals in telesales and now feel that it is the right time for you to make the next step up.
• You have some experience in building and maintaining a sales pipeline.
• You enjoy writing documents, preparing presentations, and updating spreadsheets to support your work with excellent writing and numerical skills.
• You are keen to learn and hungry for success.
• You are passionate about customer experience and digital transformation.

Schedule:
Full time (37.5 hours), Monday to Friday
