What to expect
Based in Harrow our Consultation team play a key role in our wider transformation programme as they support Postmasters with changes to our Post Offices. This includes creating information hubs, monitoring feedback and creating marketing material for new propositions and services.
Due to the need for additional support we require an Administrator to join the team on a 6 month fixed term contract to assist with the updating of records. Based within our Harrow office you will be responsible for reviewing files in paper format and ensuring they are scanned and added to our electronic system.
Ideally you will be from an administrative background and have a keen eye for detail as you ensure the accurate storage of important information in an efficient manner.
