Salary: Grade 6, SCP 9-15 - (£22,712 to £25,021 per annum actual salary)

Working Pattern: Full-Time (37 hours), term-time only, 8.30am start

About the Pastoral/Inclusion Team:
The Team, alongside members of leadership who are responsible for behaviour, culture and ethos, have high expectations of students, both in terms of their progress and their behaviour. Pastoral and Inclusion staff support students to invest in their own learning and encourage them to enjoy and make a positive contribution to the wider life of the school.
About You:
As an Inclusion Manager at The Hart School, you will be supportive of the ethos and values of the school and have the ability to motivate and encourage our students. Our ideal candidate would:
· Have excellent communication skills
· Have the ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships
· Be emotionally resilient in working with students’ behaviours and attitudes
Requirements:
To apply for the Inclusion Manager opportunity, you must:
· Have good GCSE (or equivalent) results including Maths and English.
· Have experience of working to support children’s learning in a relevant environment or educational setting.
· Have knowledge of a range of strategies to establish purposeful learning and promote good behaviour
