Description ADI Global Distribution now have an opportunity for a Supply & Demand Planning Manager to join the team based from our UK Head Office in Chadderton, Manchester on a hybrid work pattern. As the Supply & Demand Planning Manager you will provide leadership and direction to a team responsible for the management of inventory from our suppliers all the way through to our customers. Job Duties: You will lead the Supply & Demand Planning Team for the region by providing day to day leadership and coaching. You will also have oversight for the region being the key interface with the in-country leadership regarding all Supply & Demand Planning and Stock Management issues. Ensure all the SAP functionality for MRP is optimising our In-Stock performances for customers and keeping within the boundaries of the inventory targets. Adopt the Integrated Business Planning processes and align the inventory forecast with multiple stakeholders. Hold responsibility for driving improvements on key performance metrics. Your team will be responsible for processing and expediting stock orders, liaising with suppliers on stock issues and invoice resolutions ensuring on time delivery for Purchase Orders. Resolving supplier invoice disputes by working collaboratively with the Distribution Team, Accounts Payable and the Category Managers. Provide cross functional teams with the necessary information to confirm delivery dates to customers. Oversee the import of goods from vendors/freight forwarders. Provide data support to the category managers relating to inventory. Develop, direct, and support ongoing and new planning technology initiatives YOU MUST HAVE: Proven track record in managing a Demand planning or Supply planning team or another similar supply chain leadership role.
