As we expand into more cities and open additional stores throughout the UK, we are on the lookout for a Store Manager to join our team in our store in Lowestoft on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As a Store Manager you will set exceptional standards of customer service and motivate your team to achieve maximum sales and profitability at our store in Lowestoft. You will support and enable your team to identify customers’ needs, convey features and benefits of products and present merchandise to the highest standard possible.
You will also develop, train and motivate team members, ensuring all duties are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company procedures.
Please note, this role will require weekend and late-night work (until 8pm) as part of a shift pattern.
About You
To be considered as a Branch Manager, you will need:
* Experience working in a direct sales environment within the furniture industry
* Experience managing a team
* Excellent communication skills
* At a minimum, five GCSEs or equivalent at level 4 / Grade C or above including Maths and English
