Location: Remote (with occasional travel to offices)

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Cooper Lomaz is recruiting for a 2nd Line Application Support Analyst to join a growing IT team, providing essential support for clinical systems, Office 365, SharePoint, and CRM platforms. This is a remote role, with occasional travel to office locations as required.
Role Overview
As a 2nd Line Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of key business applications, and providing expert support to end users. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to enhance system performance and contribute to ongoing improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 2nd line support for clinical systems, Office 365, SharePoint, and CRM platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalating where necessary.
Assist with system administration, configuration, and updates to optimise performance.
Support Office 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Manage user access and permissions across business applications.
Work closely with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to resolve complex issues.
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles.
Provide user training and support to ensure effective system usage.Key Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in a 2nd line application support role.
Strong expertise in Office 365, SharePoint, and CRM systems.
Experience supporting clinical systems (desirable but not essential).
Knowledge of user management, system administration, and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Willingness to travel to office locations as required.
