Are you passionate about protecting wildlife and habitats along our rivers, working to protect, restore and create priority flood plain habitats across the River Trent catchment?

We are looking for an experienced Project Officer to effectively assist the #Thriving in a Wilder Trent project, working with partners and landowners to undertake landscape scale priority habitat creation and management for the benefit of a diverse range of species.
This project will contribute towards the management of numerous key nature reserves across 90km of the River Trent and also deliver towards our 30x30 habitat projects.
Are you the right person to:
1. Engage with local farmers and landowners to deliver habitat improvement, creating and improving wetland habitats.
2. Develop volunteer roles and lead volunteer activity to support the delivery of the project.
3. Plan, coordinate and lead themed community and landowner engagement events across the partnership area.
4. Record, monitor and report on the outputs from the project, including species surveys.
