Elevation Recruitment Group- Business Support Division are excited to be exclusively partnered with a market leading manufacturer in Sheffield in their search for a Sales Support Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis.
* Office Based
* Flexible Working- 37.5 hours a week with flexible start and finish time between 06:15 - 09:30 and 14:30 – 18:00
* 25 days + Bank Hols
As a Sales Support Coordinator your key responsibilities will be:
* Oversee the intake of new inquiries and coordinate activities to ensure the creation of high-quality bid packages.
* Handle general administrative tasks such as organising meetings, processing invoices, gathering data, and providing support to the sales team.
* Manage and enhance ERP and administrative systems to ensure that the sales and bidding processes align with the operating procedures.
* Set up and track internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Review and validate incoming orders against original tender documents.
* Gather and report on feedback for bids and proposals.
* Maintain and distribute financial reports.
* Manage and respond to Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
* Prepare initial drafts of quotes.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience within a Sales Support role ideally within a manufacturing or engineering background, have an excellent eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
