Communities Manager Location/Base: Home and community based in Northamptonshire with the ability to travel to emh offices and across the East Midlands as required. Hours: 35 hours per week Salary: £50,139 - £55,710 per annum The role This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join our Communities Team, with a focus on increasing our presence in the communities we serve. In this new role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4 Housing Officers, a Tenancy Solutions Caseworker, Choice Based Lettings Officer, Choice Based Lettings Assistant, Lettings Negotiator, and a Caretaker to provide a comprehensive housing & estate management service, making a positive contribution to our communities. The person Do you have knowledge and experience of strategic and operational housing law. Do you understand ASB best practice management, neighbourhood and community agenda? Do you have experience of successfully working collaboratively with others both internally and externally developing positive working outcomes?
