Are you seeking a new developer role that allows you to lead and deliver exceptional products for our core Salesforce application suite? If so, this role is for you Reporting to our Head of IT and working closely with our amazing Product Owners. Your responsibility will be to lead the development of new applications built on our Salesforce platform (SaaS). You will collaborate with a small team of five developers, focusing on delivering value in support of our mission to assist anyone affected by dementia. With your strong Salesforce development background, you will also support and improve existing services while enhancing workflows in line with best practices. You will be responsible for: Lead specific projects to develop Salesforce-based services supporting our core mission of assisting those affected by dementia. Utilize CRM systems to enhance service offerings. Align with Salesforce best practices and standards to ensure optimal performance and functionality. Advise product owners on effective approaches to solving business problems. Develop appropriate testing strategies in collaboration with the Test Manager. Provide support for Enterprise Architecture tasks as required. About You Proven experience in developing products on the Salesforce platform. Expertise in developing solution designs that meet business needs. Proficiency in APEX development and custom Lightning Web Components. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud. Experience with incoming and outgoing API integrations, including Apex REST Webservices. Deep understanding of database design principles. Person Specification: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant IT tools. Ability to work collaboratively and prioritize workloads effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional organizational abilities with great attention to detail.
