To assist the Manager/Duty Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, driving overall efficiency, profitability, and productivity of the restaurant and hospitality offering.
To assist with staff planning, including motivation and attitude of the team, orders & systems.
To assist in developing the Service Team and support them in taking on new responsibilities. Training and development of all staff to deliver exceptional standards of service, cleanliness, and maintenance.
To liaise with the Senior Chef on duty to ensure the highest quality of food is served and constantly monitor food and hygiene.
Ensure opening and closing checklists are followed, updated, and documented.
Evaluate health and safety practices against standards daily.
Assist the Manager/Duty Manager on operational Profit and Loss issues, including sales, labour, budgeting, and business costs.
Stock Management.

Qualifications/Experience: 3 years' experience in a busy restaurant.
Event/function experience. Hospitality qualifications. Food hygiene/first aid/customer service. Training qualification. Strong communication skills and leadership. Ability to work on own initiative, being organised and efficient, making the right decisions under pressure with a hands-on approach. To be proactive in sales and marketing.
