Inspire Field Marketing is a rapidly growing and successful Field Marketing company.
Our Head Office is centrally based controlling our national field team of over 800 team members which includes Merchandisers, Sales Executives, Mystery Shoppers, Promotional Staff and Installers all working on behalf of household names such as Bacardi, Kellogg's, Mondelez.
Our business is experiencing huge growth and we are now looking to expand on our current team of Head Office Junior Project Coordinators.
Purpose
As a Junior Project Coordinator you would play an integral role within our business, overseeing the day to day management of our team of field based sales executives ensuring they deliver on our clients' objectives - driving distribution across the convenience sector.
Job Description
You would oversee the co-ordination and planning of the field sales executives across a given geographical area. You would ensure all projects are booked for your area to the team of field sales executives and that all jobs are completed accurately and on time. Chasing any uncompleted jobs via telephone with the sales executive and documenting all of this on our internal systems.
You will answer incoming calls from field team members and speak to our field team regularly to build strong working relationships with them.
Reporting to the Account Manager, you will assist in the delivery of projects relating to your area. This will require you to read and understand briefs relating to your jobs so that you can deal with queries confidently from the field team and where necessary escalate any queries directly back to the Account Manager.
You will attend weekly project review meetings with all Project Coordinators of the Sales Executives along with Account Managers to ensure we are delivering on each project's client objective.

9. Computer literate; Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook
Desirable:
1. Previous experience of working in retail, wholesaler/convenience sector
2. Confident in using Excel Pivot tables and V Look up
3. Experience of managing a temporary workforce
