This role plays a key part in maintaining and controlling electroplating and metal finishing solution tanks, ensuring compliance with strict health, safety, and quality standards.Chemical Process Engineer Responsibilities
* Conduct routine chemical analysis of solutions and materials.
* Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
* Monitor and improve electroplating and metal finishing processes.
* Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, including COSHH.
* Provide shop floor technical support, resolving plating-related issues.
* Manage hazardous waste disposal, including wastewater effluent system monitoring.
* Analyse production problems and implement corrective actions.
Ideal Candidate
1. Degree or HND in Chemistry or a related field.
2. Some experience or knowledge of industrial electroplating.
