Infinigate Cloud, an award-winning Cloud Distributor, is seeking an excellent administrator to join their Product Team as a Junior Product Operations Administrator. Full training will be provided for this role and we will consider strong skillsets from various backgrounds including administrative, operational or technical support.
This role has arisen due to an exciting European expansion and is pivotal to supporting key internal and external stakeholder integrations. This opportunity could be an ideal stepping stone for growth and development with Infinigate Cloud.
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent attention to detail with high delivery standards and exceptional time management skills. You will be self-driven with great communication skills as the role will require you to liaise with key stakeholders across the business and support the rest of the Product Operations Team.
Please note that this is a hybrid role, following an initial training and induction period. The role is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, based at our office in Fareham.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the administration of the Infinigate Cloud Catalogue(s) and price management system(s) to keep all information current and accurate e.g., Infinigate Cloud Partner Portal & CRM.
2. Support the team in the delivery of the CORE configuration of Vendor Connect packages.
3. Assist in the ongoing administration of the CORE Marketplace, helping to enable promotions agreed with Product team, update Carousels and remove/add Product pages.
4. As a team, help to support the expansion of Infinigate Cloud into new markets/Operating Units and assist with new vendor onboardings.
5. Support the business and relevant teams in their endeavours to understand the CORE system and its configuration. Upskilling and providing additional details where possible/required.
6. Fulfillment of specific Partner Integrations such as Branding, Identity and supporting with Core as a Service requests.
7. Support the handling of the associated Product maintenance and service status notifications from Connect vendors.
8. Responsible for maintaining CORE related content on the Infinigate Cloud Partner Portal such as guides and documentation.
9. Proactively maintain the team internal mailbox and ensure all emails are logged and answered within SLA.
10. Support your co-workers by handling internal questions and walk-ups, using other team members for assistance where necessary.
11. Proactively make every effort to understand the technology being used in order to understand and question requests from stakeholders, specialists and technical staff to evaluate what is reasonable or possible.
General Skills
1. GCSE Maths and English, level 4 or grade A to C (or equivalent).
2. Competent PC user with excellent Microsoft Office suite skills.
3. A keen interest in technology, the benefit of cloud and how it is helping shape our personal and professional lives.
4. Good coordination and planning skills with a high level of attention to detail.
5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Salary and Benefits:
1. Up to £25,000 salary per annum.
