As a Temporary Customer Advisor you will support customers via inbound calls and ensure they receive a high level of service. Client Details Our client is a leader in the not-for-profit space and they are looking for a Temporary Customer Advisor to join their Stockport office on an on-going temporary basis. There is a high chance this could go perm for the right candidate Description As a Temporary Customer Advisor you will: Effectively respond to all customer enquiries, promoting the benefits of the Service. Always provide excellent customer services, recording data accurately and in a timely manner. Deliver Services in accordance with all relevant Policies and Procedures,KPi's and meet the TSA Quality Standards Framework Liaise effectively with internal departments, partner organisations and ASC. Correctly programme and install equipment to ensure customers receive the service they need in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with the requirements of relevant contracts and Service Level Agreements and KPIs are achieved. Profile To be successful in this role: Experience within a customer service based role, particularly telephony based experience. Have access to a vehicle for work and hold a full driving licence. Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. The ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
