About the role
Skegness TEC is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Learner Services Advisor to join our well-established team. This is a fast-paced and diverse role where you will work closely with staff and learners, providing a range of support services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling learner enquiries, recruitment, and admissions
* Providing learner financial support
* Controlling and issuing enrolment documentation
* Tracking the return of enrolment documentation
* Monitoring and inputting enrolment documentation

About the person
The successful candidate will have a Customer Service qualification with Level 2 ICT Skills and an up-to-date knowledge of ICT systems and packages. You will need to have Level 3 in Information, Advice and Guidance or a willingness to work towards the qualification.
Candidates should also have:
