Job Specification: Responsible to the HR Manager, you will be supporting day-to-day HR activity, covering but not limited to the following areas: Administrative support: Maintaining the employee database systems, arranging meetings and appointments, handling incoming and outgoing post. Answering enquiries: Providing an initial response to internal and external enquiries from existing staff members, managers and candidates for vacancies. Assisting with recruitment: Publishing and editing job listings, arranging interviews and communicating directly with candidates. Assisting with onboarding: Leading orientation for new employees and giving information about benefits. Assisting with annual leave and absence reporting Payroll & Benefits: Assisting with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
