Recruiting Lead – For Franchise Locations Across Southeast (40% Travel)

ITAC Solutions is seeking a Recruiting Lead to spearhead talent acquisition efforts for franchise locations across Alabama, Pensacola, and Georgia. * Schedule: M-F, 40 hours/week (start time flexible between 6:30am-8am).
* Travel: 30-40% (Alabama, Pensacola, and Georgia)
* Remote Work: Potential for remote work once up to speed.
* Bonus Structure: Merit increases and potential growth into management.
Compensation: $65K
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
* Lead recruitment for franchise locations that serve as operations hubs for distribution centers across the Southeast.
* Manage 25-95 requisitions at any given time, focusing on operational roles with a heavy emphasis on blue-collar positions.
* Travel to various franchise locations (30%-40% travel) to recruit, attend job fairs, and connect with candidates in person.
* Collaborate with two HR Coordinators to ensure all open positions are filled efficiently while tracking time-to-fill metrics and supporting process improvements.
* Help shape recruitment strategies and suggest improvements for pipeline techniques, resources, and flow.
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
* Comfortable with travel (30-40%) to visit franchise locations.
* 1+ year of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in high-volume or blue-collar recruitment.
* Strong ability to work with both white-collar and blue-collar employees.
* Experience with Taleo, MS Suite, and talent pipeline management.
* A passion for recruiting and an interest in long-term growth.
