The Role
Our client, a heritage wellbeing brand is seeking a skilled Senior Brand Manager to join their team. As Senior Brand Manager, you will take on a leading role in developing and executing brand strategies for this market-leading manufacturer and retailer of health and wellbeing consumer products. This position requires a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on execution, ensuring continued growth and success in key retail channels. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, leading product development initiatives, and working closely with the Sales, NPD, and Marketing teams to optimise brand positioning.
* Leading the development and execution of brand strategies to increase sales and market share.
* Overseeing the brand's 12-24-month new product development pipeline in collaboration with the NPD team.
* Managing cost of goods analysis across the product portfolio to ensure alignment with commercial objectives.
* Identifying and developing new market opportunities and ensuring a strong go-to-market strategy.
* Working closely with the Commercial team on trade marketing initiatives and in-store promotions.
* Leading digital and PR strategies to drive consumer engagement and brand visibility.
* Ensuring consistent brand identity across all marketing touchpoints, packaging, and promotional materials.
* Overseeing relationships with key retailers and working collaboratively on bespoke marketing activations.
* Evaluating brand performance through data analysis and key performance metrics.
* Managing budgets for marketing and branding activities to ensure effective ROI.
Requirements
The ideal Senior Brand Manager will have significant experience in brand marketing within a consumer goods environment, preferably in health, wellness, or beauty. You will be commercially astute, highly organised, and comfortable leading cross-functional projects. Experience in NPD processes, strategic marketing planning, and trade marketing is essential. This role could suit someone who has worked as a Brand Lead, Category Manager, or Senior Marketing Manager.
